Search for an event by locating the dispute that the event relates to.
You may need to update the event for a range of reasons. For example:
Some fields can’t be updated, such as the type of service being provided.
Search for an event by locating the dispute that the event relates to.
Open the event from the dispute record by clicking on the event ID link.
Select the Edit button and update the details.
Select the Save button.
Once you have delivered the service and created a decision/outcome and generated the FDR form if required, you can finalise the event.
